A Virtual Conference for Digital Inspiration
Join us for Adobe’s first ever Experience Festival on 3rd and 4th April
I’m very excited to announce our first ever Experience Festival and provide some insights about the amazing content we are going to share.
Join us on 3rd and 4th April to hear from some of Europe’s most innovative large companies, including Twitter, Microsoft, and Royal Bank of Scotland, on how to do more with your data and become an experience-driven business.
It’s no secret that customer experience (CX) has become the ultimate differentiator, and data has become the fuel behind amazing customer experiences. From content creation, to CRM, to loyalty schemes, there are dozens of pieces to the customer journey, all of which deliver piles of valuable data to help shape your approach.
That’s why brands are racing to do more with their data and better manage all elements of their customer experience. Our latest Digital Trends report found that half of marketers are investing in technologies to improve their CX this year, while 63% of IT professionals have made it a priority to improve the way they collect and consolidate information from multiple sources.
To get even more personalised with their offering, businesses are also ramping up their use of artificial intelligence (AI). More than a third are using AI to improve their customer experience. AI’s potential is enormous, but here too companies need greater control of their data to realise its full potential.
Take control of your Customer Experience Management
With more data to manage from more sources, the challenge for brands is to maintain visibility and control over all this information, and to use it to deliver consistent experiences across every channel.
Adobe experts will participate in the discussions, explaining how our customers use technology to bring their ambitions to life and outlining Adobe’s vision for the future of digital marketing. Expect sessions on:
- Building a digital foundation for your business
- Creating quality content at the speed of thought, and
- Always on, always personal experiences
Participants will also hear from authorities on customer experience management, including Twitter VP, Bruce Daisley, and Econsultancy Senior Analyst, Sean Donnelly.
Futurist Sophie Hackford will deliver the opening keynote. Known for hosting the Vogue CNI Luxury Conference and for her provocative views on how technology impacts humanity, Sophie will share her characteristically mind-bending thoughts on the future of work.
The Festival will be entirely virtual. Participants will be able to tune in using any device, from any location, and in their choice of English, French, and German.
