Adobe and Infosys Partner to Deliver Next Generation Customer Experiences Leveraging Creative Cloud and Adobe XD

This week at Adobe Summit, Adobe announced a new design-led partnership with Infosys, a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting. Infosys helps customers transform their businesses and is a strategic partner in their end-to-end digital journey. Experience transformation with a focus on design is a key element of Infosys’ digital transformation services. Infosys delivers these services through their global hubs for innovation, Digital Studios. This partnership expands on our current partnership across the Adobe Experience Cloud portfolio and allows us to collaborate on design and content creation all the way through to content delivery, monetization and engagement.

Infosys’ creatives across their global studios will leverage Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe XD as their standardized design platform to create breakthrough, next generation customer experiences for our mutual customers. Adobe XD is an all-in-one UX solution for designing websites, mobile apps and more and offers Infosys’ creatives enhanced productivity and tools to bring to life new customer experiences such as voice driven interfaces and hi-fidelity, animated prototypes. This announcement comes as Adobe recently introduced productivity enhancements for designer workflow and full support for voice prototyping across multiple languages and accents.

“At Infosys, we are operating at the intersection of design and technology to address complex and disruptive forces that are driving change across every aspect of our lives, businesses and institutions,” says Scott Sorokin, Global Head of Infosys Experience Design (IXD). “Adobe’s powerful suite of tools and platforms allows us to drive experience transformation. As a designer myself, I can tell you that not a day goes by that I don’t utilize Adobe products to make my own work better.”

As part of the Infosys-Adobe design-led partnership, there are several areas of collaboration already in progress. Infosys designers provide strategic insights to our product teams on experience design challenges, particularly around scaling design processes on a core design system platform leveraging Adobe XD. We also continue to engage with Infosys’ global Design & Innovation Centers, including those recently opened in Bangalore, India and Providence, RI. Infosys also has Digital Studios in North America, UK, Europe, Australia, and India.

Rajesh Varrier, SVP and Head, Microsoft and Digital Experience Business, Infosys said, “Infosys is excited to expand its partnership to collaborate with Adobe in bringing next generation experiences to customers using Adobe’s industry leading design platform. As a global digital leader, we work across industry verticals and look forward to partnering with Adobe to solve customer experience challenges across the globe.”

Additionally, Adobe and Infosys collaborated on a design focused hackathon for XPO Logistics in which Infosys was a strategic transformation partner. The design hackathon attracted over 100 designers from multiple Infosys locations to create innovative solutions for XPO Logistics using Adobe XD. Additionally, our teams are currently working with creatives at Infosys’ Innovation Hub at the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD) to bring next generation design services to market.

Our joint customers continue to look to us to help drive content velocity and solve experience challenges, and with our new design-led partnership, we look forward to jointly breaking new ground.
