Adobe Awarded a Best Workplace in Asia
Today, we are proud to announce that Adobe has been awarded a Best Workplace in Asia by the Great Place to Work Institute. Adobe ranks no. 13 out of the 25 multinational companies on this year’s list, where more than 1.6 million employees participated in the survey studies in 8 Asia-region countries where Great Place to Work is represented.
We are recognized as a Best Workplace in Asia because of our inclusion on Great Place to Work’s list of Best Workplaces in India (no. 4) and Best Workplaces in Japan (no. 8). With a large portion of our workforce based in Asia, we could not be prouder of our achievement!

Great Place to Work identifies the top organizations that create great workplaces in the Asia through publishing the annual Best Workplaces in Asia list. The list recognizes companies in three size categories: Small & Medium (20 – 499); Large (500+); and Multinational. Multinational organizations must meet the following requirements: 1) Have at least 1,000 employees worldwide, with at least 40% (or 5,000) of those employees based outside the headquarters country and 2) Appear on at least two national lists out of the following 8 countries: Greater China, India, Japan, South Korea, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Sri Lanka and United Arab Emirates. Multinationals also receive additional credit for their efforts to successfully create an excellent workplace culture in multiple countries in the region.
