Adobe Summit EMEA 2019: The Rise of Customer Experience Management
With SUMMIT – the digital experience conference – opening its doors to over 6,000 of the most inquisitive minds in the marketing industry from the 15–16 May in London, we’re inspiring our customers to build ground-breaking experiences that set them apart from their competitors.
At this year’s event we will explore how to manage and take ownership of customer experience – in other words how to master Customer Experience Management (CXM) – at scale. We will also be taking a look at the insights, tools and techniques needed for putting the customer at the centre, and use data and design to create memorable experiences.
Customer expectations are high – we have infinite choice, the cost of switching products and services has never been more affordable, and it only takes one bad experience (I am sure you still remember your last one) to make the move. That’s why companies perfecting CXM are thriving in this digital economy and growing the fastest.
SUMMIT will feature inspiring discussions and blueprints on how brands can build and manage experiences in an agile manner to foster greater content velocity and customer engagement. After all, any business strategy today requires the ability to design, anticipate and deliver personalised experiences that remain consistent across different touchpoints.
Leading this narrative over the two-day event is a stunning line-up of innovative speakers from the marketing world and beyond. We’ll be championed by the likes of Bruce Daisley, VP EMEA at Twitter; Priya Lakhani OBE, founder and CEO of Century Tech; and Massimiliano Pogliani, CEO at illycafè. We are also adding some inspirational luminaries to the mix like international human rights attorney Amal Clooney, while comedian Jack Whitehall will be showcasing Adobe Sneaks. These sessions will be complimented by the likes of Adobe’s own EVP and CTO Abhay Parasnis; CIO Cynthia Stoddard and President for EMEA, Paul Robson, and we’ve got a passionate squad of speakers to walk us through some truly remarkable brand experiences and best practice success stories.
Across Summit there’ll be over 150 breakout sessions and labs from a range of speakers spanning the consumer and B2B worlds, dishing out anything you need to know from Analytics & Data Management to Personalisation; as well as Email & Omnichannel Marketing to Machine Learning, Content & Design. Speaking of knowledge, our two-day Preconference (running from 13–14 May) is back and packed full of useful training courses and conference labs from our in-house Adobe experts, helping you make best use of our range of products.
