Adobe and Marketo Named Leaders in 2019 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Multichannel Marketing Hubs
Today’s leading brands engage with their customers and prospects through a variety of devices and touchpoints. This poses a challenge for marketers who seek to use data and technology to personalize and deliver timely and compelling experiences to people across multiple channels. To address this challenge, marketers are turning to Adobe for the technology and expertise needed to create, deliver, and measure integrated, cross-channel experiences.
We are honored that Adobe and Marketo were both named a Leader in this recent report: “Gartner: Magic Quadrant for Multichannel Marketing Hubs (2019).” We were pleased to see that Adobe was included twice in this report, evaluating our B2C campaign management (Adobe Campaign) and B2B marketing automation (Marketo) capabilities. For the second consecutive year, Adobe was positioned furthest to the right for completeness of vision. And for the third consecutive year, Adobe and Marketo have both been positioned as Leaders.
According to the report, “Gartner defines the multichannel marketing hub (MMH) as a technology that orchestrates a company’s communications with and offers to customer segments across multiple channels. These include websites, mobile, social, direct mail, call centers, paid media and email.” For the 2019 report, Gartner assessed the current offering, strategy, and market presence of 21 of the most significant solutions in today’s market.
At Adobe, we continue to innovate our functionality across two Experience Cloud solutions, designed to address a comprehensive set of marketing use cases: Adobe Campaign is the clear choice for B2C marketers looking for a single solution to plan, orchestrate, and measure multitouch cross-channel campaigns at scale. Marketo Engage, now a part of Adobe Experience Cloud, helps brings together marketing and sales and is the solution of choice for account-based marketing, lead management, and B2B marketing automation.
We are humbled to have been named a Leader in this latest Gartner report, and invite you to
