In the Email and Omni-channel track, participants will learn how Adobe Campaign and the Adobe Experience Cloud are helping brands simplify and optimise omni-channel marketing. Adobe experts will share tips and tricks for personalisation at scale, email deliverability, product adoption and maturity as well as a session tips & tricks for advanced marketers and IT users. They will also explain how the Adobe Consulting group, and partners can be drawn upon for support.

Participants of the Email and Omni-channel track will have the chance to chat one-on-one with campaign orchestration experts on topics such as the evolution of mobile and the role of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning in Campaign orchestration.
