At this year’s Partner Day at Adobe EMEA Summit, more than 1,200 partners from across the region joined us to explore more ways to grow their business and shape the future of customer experience. Partner Day also gives us an opportunity to shine a light on the top EMEA partners who have made significant contributions to Adobe’s business and customers in the past year.
EMEA Digital Experience Partner of the Year: Accenture Interactive
The 2019 EMEA Partner of the Year, Accenture Interactive, not only showed excellence across all areas but went above and beyond. In addition to ranking #1 for partner created revenue and partner co-sell revenue in EMEA, Accenture Interactive are also subject matter experts across the Adobe Experience Cloud. They are also a regular contributor to our engineering and enablement teams to further develop Adobe solutions. Congratulations, Accenture Interactive!

Exchange Partner of the Year: Amadeus
The Exchange Partner of the Year is a partner who has delivered stellar customer value through innovative complementary technology. The 2019 Exchange Partner of the year is Amadeus! The company has invested in enabling their team on Adobe Experience Cloud solutions to address a variety of unique business challenges. For instance, they jointly engaged with 22 of the world’s biggest airlines to help leverage user data and assets to create optimised travel experiences throughout the entire journey. And there’s more underway for Amadeus, including a project with Malaysia Airlines to bring personalised experiences to their customers.

Delivery Quality Partner of the Year: Netcentric, a Cognizant Digital company
This award recognises a partner who is committed to customer success across all phases of the customer lifecycle. Netcentric has embraced internal knowledge sharing, mentoring and certification goals. They had a great year full of successful customer implementations across industry sectors and use cases, with no escalations or delivery issues. Netcentric actively participates in driving product functionality, testing out new releases and helping create certification exams. In addition, they are the only partner in EMEA that is specialised in 5 solutions (AEM Sites, AEM DevOps, Analytics, Campaign and Target), and they hold the most certifications in EMEA with 375.

Regional Partner of the Year – Benelux: Deloitte Digital
Deloitte Digital is Regional Partner of the year for Benelux. Our collaboration with Deloitte Digital is allowing Adobe to bring the full potential of Adobe Experience Cloud to our joint clients, including De Volksbank and PGGM. They take a strategic approach to every engagement, helping clients identify the right issues by constantly thinking in terms of the customer journey. Thanks to Deloitte Digital’s consistently strong execution, Adobe can deliver a viable product within eight weeks.

Regional Partner of the Year award for Southern Europe: PRISMA
PRISMA received the Regional Partner of the Year award for Southern Europe. PRISMA was able to understand and support Adobe in our strategy with two of our most complex and challenging customer transformations in Italy. Alitalia and Poste Italia. These customers were undergoing significant business transformations, and PRISMA showed incredible commitment. They were agile and proactive in growing their team’s skills, and able to adapt to every new challenge.

Regional Partner of the Year award for France: Publicis Groupe
Our Partner of the Year for France is Publicis Groupe. This partner has had great success this past year in helping major brands move their business and IT strategy to the cloud. Clients include luxury brands such as Hermes, Dior, Moet & Hennessy from LVMH, as well as Financial Services such as La Banque Postale & MyFrenchBank. Publicis Groupe has also shown unparalleled commitment to marketing initiatives and customer success.

Regional Partner of the Year award for DACH: Prime Force
The Partner of the Year for DACH (Germany, Austria & Switzerland) is Prime Force! Prime Force combines sales excellence with strong execution and they even organize post sales activities, like community events across the region. Their commitment to positioning the Adobe value proposition in front of customers is outstanding and resulted in two major Adobe Managed Services projects with BASF (Germany) and SPAR (Austria).

Regional Partner of the Year in the Nordics: Isobar
Isobar, part of Dentsu Aegis Network, is the Regional Partner of the Year in the Nordics. Isobar has been Adobe Nordics’ most successful partner in the Territory segment building out several key initiatives, spearheaded by Adobe Campaign Standard. They brought 5 net new logos in 2018 including GF Forsikring, ALK, Scandlines and even closed a deal with Tivoli Gardens from start to finish in 3 weeks! They joined forces with Adobe to set up a center of excellence in Denmark, which is a hub for innovation across the entire Adobe technology stack, and they grew their influenced business on Adobe in FY18 by almost 80% YoY.

The UK Digital Experience Regional Partner of the Year: WPP
Our final award, the UK Digital Experience Regional Partner of the Year, was given to WPP!
WPP drove great collaboration with Adobe sales, helping identify and accelerate deals at Boden, British Telecom, EY, Vodafone, Selfridges, and Lightspeed. They continue to successfully define the value of Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
