Get More Out of Your Microsoft Investment
New Adobe Document Cloud and Microsoft app integrations announced at Microsoft’s Business Applications Summit
Accelerate business outcomes and employee productivity with the industry’s leading e-signature and PDF tools accessible directly from Office 365 and Dynamics 365.
Your organization is likely already investing heavily in Microsoft technology to help make it easier to work wherever you are. To support that goal, Adobe Document Cloud tools and services are already deeply integrated with Microsoft apps. But we’re not stopping here.
Today at Microsoft’s Business Applications Summit we’re releasing even more new integrations to make it easier for you to work faster and smarter while keeping security at the core. Here are some of the new benefits that Adobe and Microsoft are delivering together:
Digitize your workflow
Your efforts should go into securing the deal you want or reaching an agreement with a new hire, not in managing the execution of the contracts. Too often, complicated document workflows can make this a painful and slow process. To help streamline this, we’ve now integrated Adobe Sign into the Microsoft Power platform. This platform allows you to create custom PowerApps that work for your business, and now Adobe Sign can be added into these workflows to make you even more productive.
Close sales faster
We don’t believe that being remote or on the road should be a limitation when it comes to getting business done. That’s why we’ve recently added an integration with Microsoft Dynamics that adds Sales Hub access. Integrating Adobe Sign into this mobile-first sales CRM solution gives you the power to legally send and sign deals, and fully close sales faster, right from your smartphone or tablet.
Improve collaboration
Adobe Sign and Acrobat already integrate deeply with SharePoint and OneDrive. Now, we’re adding additional features that will make it even easier to quickly view, create, edit and collaborate on PDFs. Without ever leaving your favorite Office 365 apps, now you can:
- Be more productive with PDF tools like Create, Combine and Comment embedded directly within the Office 365 toolbar
- View and add annotations on PDFs using drawing tools, sticky notes, highlights and markups
- Convert PDFs into editable Microsoft files from your mobile device or online, while preserving fonts, formatting and layouts
- Combine multiple file types into a single PDF
Accelerate your path to compliance
Handling sensitive information? If you’re in a highly-secure industry like government, financial services or biopharmaceuticals then it’s important for you to place access restrictions on documents. Microsoft Information Protection (MIP) can take care of that, allowing you to keep your documents protected wherever they’re stored or opened. Acrobat DC and Acrobat Reader DC desktop apps on Windows have previously been able to open files protected with MIP, and now we’re extending this to the desktop apps on Mac as well.
By continuing to deepen our connection with Microsoft tools, we’re making it easier for you to digitize your business while being the most productive at your job!
