How Microsoft PowerApps and Adobe Document Cloud Work Together To Help You Work Faster and Smarter
Jared Spataro at Microsoft Inspire.
If you’re reading this blog, you likely already know that we have a close partnership with Microsoft, one that’s designed to help you work faster and smarter. Recently we announced new Adobe and Microsoft integrations, and at Microsoft Inspire, we’re showing off even more!
Inspire efficiency with Microsoft and Adobe Sign
On-stage at Microsoft Inspire, Jared Spataro, Corporate Vice President for Office and Windows, showed how Adobe and Microsoft are making it easier for people to tackle administrative tasks with a closer Adobe and Microsoft integration.
Jared showed an example of how the integration between Adobe Sign and the Microsoft Power platform works for an organization managing focus groups through PowerApps and trying to get participant signatures on release forms.
With a custom PowerApp running on their smartphone, the organizer can see which focus group participants still need to sign their release forms while on-site at the event. Then, they can host the document to be signed right on their phone, getting people to digitally sign in-person. All of their information can be auto populated into the document so participants just need to sign and go.
Organizers can be confident that the required paperwork has been completed, and it’s automatically saved into SharePoint for easy access in the future.
With Adobe Document Cloud and Microsoft PowerApps, planning events, checking on contracts, organizing signatures and more is now more frictionless than ever.
