Adobe Canada Named a Top Employer For a Third Year in a Row

Celebrating its 20th anniversary today, the Canada’s Top 100 Employers editorial team has released their annual list of Top Employers, which recognizes companies with exceptional human resources programs and forward-thinking workplace policies. And for the third year in a row, we are thrilled to see our Adobe Canada office once again making the Top 100 Employers list.

This year’s competition saw the largest number of employers to date take part in the selection process. Editors began by examining the recruitment histories of nearly 100,000 employers that it tracks for its popular job-search engine, Eluta.ca. From this pool, Mediacorp Canada, which manages the competition, invited 10,000 employers to submit detailed applications, including a comprehensive review of their operations and HR practices that compares them to others in their industry and region.

This year, our Adobe Canada team scored the highest marks in physical workplace, work atmosphere & communications, and community involvement. We also had special callouts of our Women’s Executive Shadow Program, which gives female employees an opportunity to shadow a key leader in the company for the day; enhanced parental leave, and our adoption assistance program.

But what truly makes Adobe Canada a great place to work? Mike Scott, Senior Director of Customer Care and Canada site lead says, “There’s a strong sense of pride working for Adobe. Outside of the obvious business success our company has celebrated, the culture and our deeply rooted company core values is what makes people really want to work here—including me! One of our core values is “involved” and Adobe Canada has definitely delivered giving back to our local communities. In 2019 alone over 80% of our Adobe Canada staff have participated in local volunteer activities. This is just one example of how Adobe Canada is leading the charge across the company!”
