Adobe Document Cloud Initiates Government Rapid Response Program

Over the past few weeks, we’ve been talking to our government customers about how we can help them keep government moving during the COVID-19 pandemic. Now more than ever, people are looking to government agencies and programs for essential support and resources. Government agencies are rising to the challenge and working hard to deliver uninterrupted services, even when offices are closed and many employees are working from home.

Ensuring that government functions can continue while keeping safe distances is critical right now. Signature, approval, and collaboration processes that require paper forms and printouts simply don’t work when people aren’t in the office. To fill this urgent gap, Adobe has established initiatives to help governments adapt including a Government Rapid Response program to assist them with maintaining stability and continuity for their employees and constituents.

Adobe has been working directly with government agencies including the State of Iowa and State of Utah on digital programs to help their employees and citizens impacted by COVID-19. Iowa just launched a new Iowa Small Business Relief Program to support small businesses during this time. The application for small business grants and/or tax deferrals utilizes Adobe Sign. Multiple departments across the State of Utah are also relying on Adobe Sign to keep signature and approval processes moving as employees practice social distancing in their offices or while working from home.

Here are the important ways that the Adobe Document Cloud team is offering its full support to government agencies in these unprecedented times:
