Adobe Australia a Best Place to Work 8th Year in a Row

For the eighth year in a row, the Great Place to Work Institute has named our Adobe Australia team a Best Place to Work! This year we came in at no. 13 in the 100-999 employee category.

Home to over 400 employees, our Adobe Australia team is made up of passionate employees who are driven by making an impact for customers. During this time of uncertainty, Adobe is as committed as ever to supporting our people. Here’s what Suzanne Steele, Adobe Managing Director for Australia and New Zealand, had to say about how we’re support employees and how that effects our business.

“I’m thrilled that Adobe has once again been recognised as one of the best places to work in Australia. As a company, we’ve always put our people first, and this year has highlighted why we do so. We know the last few months have been challenging for everyone, but it is Adobe’s strong culture that has allowed us to adapt and respond quickly and appropriately. It has been amazing to see us come together (while being physically apart) to support each other, our customers and the broader community. It shows that our core values of Genuine, Exceptional, Innovative and Involved are not just words on a website, but are genuinely part of our company DNA.

I’m extremely proud of the numerous initiatives from our employee networks and the Australia & New Zealand (ANZ) Site Council, including the launch of both Adobe & Women and AdobeProud here in Australia. And while our benefits have always been generous, it was great to see things like the WFH fund and COVID time-off being introduced to provide additional support when needed.

I would like to thank each and every one of our employees for the individual contributions they make to our workplace. It is their hard work and dedication that has created our amazing culture and built a strong, thriving business here in ANZ.”

The 50 Best Places to Work are selected and ranked by Great Place to Work Australia, a global workplace research and consulting firm. Each company participating in the study for this list earns a score based on two factors. Two-thirds of the total score comes from employee responses to a 58-statement survey. The survey is distributed on a census basis and minimum completion rates are calculated using a 95% confidence interval. The remaining one-third comes from our evaluation of the company’s policies and procedures in nine specific practice areas created by Great Place to Work Inc.
