Creating a Radically Inclusive New World

At Adobe, our mission is to empower creativity for all. Creativity sparks joy and inspires powerful storytelling. We believe that everybody — from students to hobbyists to professional artists — has a story to tell, and that those stories deserve to be heard. When people feel respected and included, they can be more creative, innovative and successful.

We believe that the best way to drive change is to start with change from within. We will continue to support, elevate and amplify diverse voices and create greater opportunities for all, especially the underrepresented. This is our Adobe For All vision and we’re committed to driving towards this change.

Adobe is proud to be a longstanding partner of The 3% Movement, with a shared vision of bringing more diverse voices into creative fields. We were the first corporate brand certified by the 3% Movement for making meaningful strides toward gender equality. And this year, we’re excited to be the presenting sponsor of 3% Conference, which aims to educate attendees on how to create a radically inclusive world, in the office and beyond.

At the three-day, virtual event, attendees will hear from luminaries and have access to on-demand content about today’s work environment and how it can be improved for the future.

We’re excited that Ann Lewnes, Adobe EVP and CMO, will join Kat Gordon, 3% Founder, to open this year’s conference, talking about driving change in the industry toward an environment where everyone feels they can succeed.

At Adobe, we understand the positive impact the conference has on the next generation and are thrilled to be underwriting all tickets for students and recent graduates.

Bruna Tavares, an Adobe student scholar at the University of Illinois at Chicago, attended last year’s 3% Conference and shared the impact it made on her. “The inspiration I got from the conference was truly one-of-a-kind,” Bruna said. “All of the people who presented and spoke on panels were like my personal superheroes, especially since a lot of them were diverse and came from similar backgrounds as me.”
