For the fifth year in a row, Adobe has been named onto Fortune Magazine’s list of World’s Best Workplaces. This year, Adobe ranks number 13 on the list—up 2 spots from last year. The global designation was awarded because we’ve been recognized as a Best Workplace in Australia, Brazil, Germany, India, Japan, the United Kingdom and the United States.

Adobe was selected out of over 10,000 organizations that participated in the employee survey process conducted by Fortune research partner Great Place to Work, representing the voices of 10.2 million employees in 92 countries worldwide. According to Fortune, the 25 World’s Best Workplaces stood out for creating globally exceptional employee experiences, high-trust relationships, and workplaces that are fair and equal for all.

We are proud to be recognized globally for our diverse and inclusive workplace, creative and innovative employees, and for our unyielding dedication to our employees’ career development and wellbeing. And since the pandemic, we’ve never been more dedicated to supporting our employees, customers and communities. This includes offering meaningful benefits to our employees, such as robust well-being resources like 24/7 counseling services and free meditation apps, and reimbursement funds for wellness and WFH expenses. We also offer impactful time-off programs, such as our reoccurring company-wide day off, COVID-19 paid time-off, and more. You can find out more about how we’re supporting employees here.

Core to Adobe’s DNA is the belief in creating change within the communities where we work and live. Our employees embody this commitment – 70% of employees participated in our corporate responsibility programs in 2019 – and they have shown up to support their neighbors and organizations addressing COVID-19 relief. This includes employees around the globe virtually volunteering over 13,500 hours and raising millions for organizations to address COVID-19 and social justice initiatives.

For our customers, in keeping with our belief that creativity is an essential skill for everyone, we’ve introduced programs that provide continued access to our products to address their needs during this challenging time. This includes enabling distance learning by providing “at home” access to Creative Cloud for students who receive it through on-campus labs, feeding individual growth and development with on-demand Marketo and Magento training programs, and more. A comprehensive list of what we’re doing to support our customers can be found on Adobe.com.

There is a real sense of community that connects employees to each other, and it creates a sense of belonging that allows you to be your authentic self.
