This week, Comparably announced a string of awards, recognizing organizations on their lists for Best Company Culture, Best CEO, Best Companies for Women, and Best Companies for Diversity.
Comparably is a leading workplace culture and compensation monitoring site that provides the most comprehensive and accurate representation of what it’s like to work at companies. Rankings were determined based on a combination of employee reviews on Comparably, measuring core culture metrics, from compensation, leadership, teams, and work environment to outlook, professional development, work-life balance, and perks & benefits (in yes/no, true/false, 1-10 scale, and multiple-choice formats).
We are honored to rank on the following lists:
- No. 2 Best Company Culture
- No. 5 Best CEOs
- No. 2 Best Companies for Women
- No. 5 Best Companies for Diversity
These awards are particularly meaningful for several reasons, but most of all, it has shown us that we are steering the right course for our employees. Despite the challenging year for everyone, it has also amplified the essence of who we are at Adobe – resilient, compassionate and relentlessly dedicated to our employees, customers and communities.
As a global company, Adobe’s deepest commitments are to the wellbeing of our employees, the strength or our communities, and the future of our world. During the COVID-19 crisis, we’ve focused on keeping our people safe and well and using our unique strengths as a company—from our philanthropy and volunteering, to tools for creativity and digital collaboration, to our leadership on climate and social issues—to do everything we can to help.
