Adobe Australia a Best Place to Work 9th year in a row
For the ninth year in a row, the Great Place to Work Institute has named our Adobe Australia team a Best Place to Work! This year we came in at no.8 in the 100-999 employee category—up 5 spots from last year!
This is a fantastic achievement, and as we continue to be named a Best Workplace worldwide, our Adobe Australia team is made up of passionate employees who are driven by making an impact for customers. Driven by employee feedback, these Best Workplaces lists look at employees’ views about having pride in what they do, enjoying the people they work with, and more. We are proud that our employees in Australia highlighted the company’s culture, ethics, and community efforts. During our employee survey, it was revealed that 96% of our employees in Australia are proud to tell others they work for our company and 94% feel good about the ways in which we contribute to the community.

“Adobe’s mission is at the nexus of both standout customer and employee experiences. We are given the resources and the freedom in our respective roles to make this possible”.

The 50 Best Places to Work are selected and ranked by Great Place to Work Australia, a global workplace research and consulting firm. Each company participating in the study for this list earns a score based on two factors. Two-thirds of the total score comes from employee responses to a 58-statement survey. The survey is distributed on a census basis and minimum completion rates are calculated using a 95% confidence interval. The remaining one-third comes from our evaluation of the company’s policies and procedures in nine specific practice areas created by Great Place to Work Inc.
