We are thrilled to share that Adobe has ranked third place on the inaugural 2021 Singapore Best Workplaces™ in Technology List (Medium & Large category) and #4 overall in the Singapore Best Workplaces 2021 list! The accreditation recognizes Adobe’s dedication and commitment in creating a highly trusted work environment that employees are proud of.

As a first-time participant, Adobe Singapore’s Managing Director, Simon Dale, said “being named a best workplace in technology in a year that has challenged everyone in so many ways, makes it exceptionally rewarding for us. I am very proud of the level of commitment and work this team delivers, the tenacity and ‘Kampong SEA Spirit’ that really make this a wonderful place to work. Thank you to all our employees. This is not just an industry recognition for the company but more so a reflection of our people and the great culture we have created together.”

The inaugural Singapore Best Workplaces in Technology List was launched by GPTW this year to recognize exemplary companies in the information and communication technologies industry. Companies that have been successfully placed on the list are purpose-driven and adopt a people-first mindset, and have consistently shown that authentic care and employee well-being need not be compromised for business growth.

The Adobe for All vision helps to advance diversity and inclusion in the workplace, and we are empowered to be exceptional and make meaningful impact to the business. I have been given many opportunities where I’m able to be a part of digital transformation, and I have built many genuine connections through my journey here. I feel a great sense of pride when I share that Adobe is a Great Place to Work and the certification affirms this.”

Michelle Yue, Finance Controller, Sales Finance, SEA & GC

“Getting this certification means a lot for everyone in the Singapore office especially in the midst of this epidemic. This demonstrated that employees are recognized, valued and appreciated. We are proud to achieve this certification as a Great Place to Work in our 1st year of participation and this recognition and achievement is for everyone!”
