We’re excited to share that Adobe has received recognition as a top employer from both People Magazine and Fortune Magazine based on data from the Great Place to Work Institute which surveyed companies and employees across the U.S. to find those that best demonstrate outstanding respect, care and concern for their communities, employees and the environment. For the sixth year in a row, People Magazine has recognized Adobe on its list of the Top 100 Companies that Care. Additionally, Adobe ranked top 10 on Fortune Magazine’s list of Best Workplaces in Technology.

We believe that when employees feel safe and supported in the workplace, they can be more creative, innovative, and successful. That’s why Adobe is committed to making sure every employee feels valued and included. By empowering our employees, we’re creating greater impact in the workplace, our communities, and towards a more sustainable future.

Caring for our people

Adobe’s 26,000+ employees are our greatest asset and it’s imperative to us that we’re in tune with what they need to feel cared for, and we are committed to providing the tools, benefits, and resources to support the diverse life experiences of our employees. By providing our employees with resources such as flexible work hours, regular global days off, family-friendly leave policies, a wellness reimbursement, mental health resources, professional development resources and more, we’re fostering a workplace where people can feel like they have the tools to be more productive and most importantly — cared for.

It is equally important that our employees feel like they can bring their authentic self to work every day and believe it’s essential to build an environment where all employees feel included. Our Adobe for All vision aims to advance diversity and inclusion by targeting four key areas — building the talent pipeline, attracting diverse candidates, enhancing employee experience, and driving diversity across the industry. In return, we've created a culture of belonging where our people feel respected and supported.

Impacting our communities

Having diverse employees means having a workforce with unique backgrounds, perspectives and skills equipped to make a difference in the places where they work and live. Using their unique talents, our employees are creating positive change in our communities — addressing critical social and environmental issues by supporting mission-driven organizations such as Equal Justice Initiative, Equality Now, Human Rights Watch, VetsinTech among others. Our employees are providing expertise through pro bono, board, and community service opportunities, dedicating over 127,000 hours last year alone. More broadly, Adobe served over 67,000 organizations globally and invested over $95.5M in cash and in-kind donations.

Now more than ever, Adobe is committed to putting our people and community first. We know that a great place to work goes beyond fun office perks. Whether it’s offering unique wellness benefits and employee programs or opportunities to engage with our communities, we’re proud to be harnessing a culture that empowers our employees, both inside and outside of the workplace, to do their best.
