In the modern-day world people tend to take the things we have for granted. They don’t see the back story of how a streetlight came to be placed exactly as it is, or why buildings are designed how they are. But it began with an idea in a creator's mind of how to solve a problem that could make the quality of life easier and better for everyone. With the right tools there are limitless ideas that can be brought to life.

Perfection on the go

Jordy Vandeput, best known as the host of Cinecom, teaches video editing and filmmaking through video tutorials. An on-the-go creator, Vandeput needs a portable “laptop” with premium specs and preferred features – and the MSI Creator Z17 fits the fill.

In an interview, Vandeput said, “The MSI Creator Z17 is a workstation in my bag. It has all the features and performance that my desktop computer has. This allows me to try out my VFX ideas and 3D renders on the go. The updated Nvidia GPU and Intel processor makes anything possible – anywhere – that I would normally do on my desktop.”

Vandeput values that, “The MSI TrueColor display makes color grading tasks possible, allowing me to finalize a project on a laptop. Since traveling is possible again, I'm seeking out adventure as a filmmaker, and can start editing RED RAW footage, create VFX and perform 3D renders on location. The powerful hardware inside and fast Wi-Fi 6E connection has no problem with 3D renders, VFX or resource heavy edits.”

MSI’s exclusive Creator Center optimizes the performance software based on a user’s preference to further customize and improve the user experience.

Built with purpose

Jesús Ramirez, who is a creator on Youtube called Photoshop Training Channel, shows off different tips and tricks on photoshop and how users can improve on their editing techniques.

“I’m always on the go. Whether creating content for YouTube, working on movie posters, or traveling to speaking events. I'm constantly creating on the go. The Creator Z16P has the power and speed I need to keep creating while I am away from my studio,” Ramirez said. “Even if I'm outside at a hotel pool, I can still easily edit 4K footage in Adobe Premiere Pro or retouch large raw images in Lightroom and Photoshop. I've been using MSI creator laptops for two years now, and the Z16P is the best I've had so far.”

Ramirez will also be presenting a photoshop session at Adobe MAX.

Ride with style

Larry Chen is a world-renowned automotive photographer that is based in Los Angeles. His work has graced the covers of magazines like Hot Rod and SuperStreet to name a few, and he is most known for his work when photographing racing and grassroots car culture. He is also the official series photographer for the Formula Drift series.

“We absolutely love the MSI Creator Z16P laptops for our very demanding workflow. Most of our jobs require us to travel, which means we aren't able to have our powerful PC desktops with us. Luckily the Z16P is essentially a desktop replacement. We can edit videos and photos in a timely manner and deliver to clients the same day,” Chen said.
