Celebrating the impact of our interns
At Adobe, our interns are invaluable – with each bringing new and exciting ideas that have a truly transformative impact on our company’s culture and in driving product innovation. Each year we welcome a new cohort of interns, and their experience culminates in a full day of programming, networking sessions and fun and engaging games and events to recognize their unique contributions.
We checked in with our Adobe interns on National Intern Day to learn more about how they’re building their future careers at Adobe. Here’s what they had to say about exploring different paths, meeting inspiring people, and building skills and confidence for the adventures ahead.

I love how I’ve had the opportunity to connect with so many people, from fellow interns to team members and full-time employees. At Adobe, I genuinely feel appreciated and valued, not just for the work I create but for who I am as a person. It's incredible how approachable everyone is; sometimes, I didn't even realize I was speaking to a director or manager. I also love the freedom I've been given to define and create my intern project. Adobe's culture is truly unique.

Being someone who comes from a technical background I never imagined growing a passion for creativity - and now I no longer see creativity as something that only a certain group has but it can be trait that can be built and further explored, creativity has no limits. Bing Han – Cyber Security Intern, TechGRC Assurance
My favorite part of the summer internship at Adobe has been working alongside the TechGRC team. It’s been a great experience to dive deep into the world of compliance, where I've learned about the processes required to ensure that our services meet the security and compliance standard. I always knew compliance was crucial, but I hadn't fully considered all the hard work behind it, including conducting internal and external audits. Every day presents new challenges and learning opportunities, which makes my work both exciting and fulfilling.
I’ve learned how creativity can be seamlessly integrated into technology, allowing for more dynamic and impactful solutions. The environment here is so welcoming and supportive. I am grateful for the opportunity to work with such an amazing team and company and I'm excited to continue contributing and growing with everyone here.
