How Adobe is supercharging government productivity
For decades, Adobe has helped organizations — from governments and large enterprises to small businesses and entrepreneurs — accelerate productivity, improve efficiency, and power integrated digital experiences. And for governments in particular, our trusted solutions support the secure, accessible, and responsive services that agencies deliver every day.
We are proud to build on our long-standing history of government partnerships with a new strategic agreement with the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) to offer a Paperless Government Solution for U.S. federal agencies. This offer will include powerful capabilities from across Adobe’s product portfolio — including Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Express, Acrobat AI Assistant, Adobe Acrobat Sign for Government, and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) — to help federal agencies realize dramatic improvements in efficiency, software optimization, security, and digital modernization.
In alignment with the GSA’s OneGov strategy to consolidate government purchasing, Adobe will offer this solution at a 70 percent discount off the current GSA list price, allowing federal agencies to benefit from pricing efficiencies at scale. This pricing will be accessible to all federal agencies through November 2025.
Today's announcement marks an opportunity for federal agencies to take meaningful strides in sustainable digital modernization. Adobe is proud to work with the GSA to make foundational tools more widely available and effective for the federal workforce and support modernization and digitization efforts to help the government best serve the American people. These are just a few of the benefits that federal agencies will be able to realize through this unified solution:
- Eliminate paper-based processes and manual inefficiencies: With only 2 percent of federal government forms having been fully digitized, the transition from outdated, manual processes to digital, mobile-friendly forms alone could save federal agencies $117 billion per year.
- Increase and optimize productivity: This solution will streamline agencies’ access to AI-powered capabilities, closing the government AI adoption gap and boosting productivity for government employees. Adobe’s AI-powered solutions, like Adobe Acrobat, Acrobat AI Assistant and Adobe Acrobat Sign for Government, will accelerate data extraction, document classification and insights, and citizen interaction, drastically reducing manual workload and driving considerable cost and time savings across the federal government.
- Make federal services more responsive, user-friendly and efficient: By replacing static PDFs and manual signatures with dynamic, mobile-responsive, accessible digital forms and electronic signatures, agencies will not only drive internal efficiencies and improvements but also be able to build better experiences for the people they serve. Government forms that can today only be filled out or signed physically will, through this solution, be able to be completed with a few taps, reducing friction and saving time and effort. Americans will benefit from faster access, better navigation, and modern service delivery, increasing trust and satisfaction with government services.
- Create content and communications quickly: The offering includes features from Adobe Express, which leverages commercially safe, AI-powered tools that help streamline document creation and editing experiences.
We are committed to continually finding new ways to partner with the government to drive greater value for taxpayers and support digitization efforts to better serve the American people.
