How Adobe is supercharging government productivity

Blurred bright lights.

For decades, Adobe has helped organizations — from governments and large enterprises to small businesses and entrepreneurs — accelerate productivity, improve efficiency, and power integrated digital experiences. And for governments in particular, our trusted solutions support the secure, accessible, and responsive services that agencies deliver every day.

We are proud to build on our long-standing history of government partnerships with a new strategic agreement with the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) to offer a Paperless Government Solution for U.S. federal agencies. This offer will include powerful capabilities from across Adobe’s product portfolio — including Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Express, Acrobat AI Assistant, Adobe Acrobat Sign for Government, and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) — to help federal agencies realize dramatic improvements in efficiency, software optimization, security, and digital modernization.

In alignment with the GSA’s OneGov strategy to consolidate government purchasing, Adobe will offer this solution at a 70 percent discount off the current GSA list price, allowing federal agencies to benefit from pricing efficiencies at scale. This pricing will be accessible to all federal agencies through November 2025.

Today's announcement marks an opportunity for federal agencies to take meaningful strides in sustainable digital modernization. Adobe is proud to work with the GSA to make foundational tools more widely available and effective for the federal workforce and support modernization and digitization efforts to help the government best serve the American people. These are just a few of the benefits that federal agencies will be able to realize through this unified solution:

We are committed to continually finding new ways to partner with the government to drive greater value for taxpayers and support digitization efforts to better serve the American people.
