Franke Group: A Remodeler’s Dream
In remodeling, there’s often the vision and then the reality—with homeowners, contractors and others all hoping both worlds come together. Franke, a leading provider of products and solutions for home kitchens and bathrooms, understands this firsthand and has introduced groundbreaking digital experiences that close the gap between a person’s dream kitchen or bath, and what they ultimately enjoy in their homes. The company is also offering these dynamic digital experiences across its other product lines, which include professional catering systems, coffee makers, and semi-public and public restrooms.
To achieve its vision for customers, Franke is working with implementation vendor One-Inside to roll out responsive websites and in-store displays in new markets using Adobe Experience Manager as the central content management system. Simple navigation and an intuitive product search engine appeal to the growing number of consumers and dealers exploring Franke’s extensive product offerings across devices. Adobe Experience Manager also enables the company’s 150 writers and editors to easily manage content on its 100 re-launched websites.
The combination of rich experiences delivered across sites and in-store experiences supported by a digital showroom brings new excitement and clarity to every customer interaction. Featured in retail display spaces, the digital showrooms let consumers view different products and configurations before they commit to products and designs.
“We used to produce our kitchens for an anonymous market,” says Renato Di Rubbo, CMO, Franke Group and Franke Kitchen Systems. “Now we are starting to get to know our customers and put them at the center of the entire company.”
The efforts Franke has taken to put customers first are paying off. Time spent on websites has increased by 40% and the churn rate has dropped by 15%. More importantly, customers are now more confident than ever that their dreams will indeed become reality.
