We’re the Best Workplace in Ireland
For the very first time, Adobe has been named a Best Workplace in Ireland and we arrived with a BANG! We are excited to share that Adobe Ireland has been officially recognised as the 2021 no. 1 Best Medium-size Workplace in Ireland.
Additionally, Adobe Ireland has been recognised as a 2021 Best Workplace for Women, which recognises top organisations with women-friendly policies and benefits, on top of creating a positive and supportive workplace.
These are fantastic achievements, and we are immensely proud that 96% of employees say that Adobe ‘is a great place to work.’ Laura Sweeney, Dublin Site Lead, shared the following about Adobe’s culture and the recognition:

The 19th annual Great Place to Work Best Workplaces in Ireland awards, for the first time, took the form of a virtual broadcast on Wednesday 10th March 2021. Cathal Divilly, CEO at Great Place to Work Ireland, said “Reaching the criteria to appear on this list of Best Workplaces in Ireland is a massive achievement in any year, and all the more so in a year where disruptions to the workplace that would have taken decades were instead implemented practically overnight.”
