Adobe was just recognised as one of UK’s Best Workplaces for Women for the fourth consecutive year, placing us 11th on the list! This award is particularly special because it’s based on the sentiment of women employees. They uncovered these three key attributes that make Adobe a great place for them.

Inclusive community with strong shared values

We’ve always hired people who share our core values—genuine, exceptional, innovative, and involved. This is something we’ve never wavered on. As our company culture evolves over time, one thing is for certain, our community is guided and supported by core values that ensure everyone feels respected and included. In addition, Adobe women enjoy being a part of a vibrant Women at Adobe employee network that helps build community and connection.

Opportunity to make meaningful impact

One of things that keep our employees engaged is Adobe’s belief that ideas and innovation can come from anywhere. This means that everyone is encouraged to pitch ideas, solve interesting problems, and get recognized for their efforts. Supporting internal moves within the company and a commitment to develop employees through Adobe’s educational reimbursement program are some of the other attributes that our team noted as valuable attributes. All illustrating Adobe’s commitment to our employees’ career success.

Emphasis on flexibility and wellbeing

Wellbeing matters here. The care and support for employees’ life journeys and wellbeing is phenomenal. It allows for growth, engagement and peace of mind both at work and at home. Employees know that they can take the time they need for themselves. Adobe offers 25 to 30 days of annual leave, 6 global wellbeing days, plus public holidays, flexibility to work from the office and from home, 26 weeks paid maternity leave, US $25,000 adoption reimbursement, fertility and menopause support services. This is just a handful of all the ways we take care of our employees, and they provide raving reviews for the world-class benefits offered.

“This recognition is one we’re incredibly proud of because with our Adobe for All mission, we strive to create an inclusive culture where everyone feels respected and receives equal treatment. Creating an environment where women feel empowered, inspired and supported because they are natural born leaders is a pivotal part of our mission. Although the award is testament to the efforts we’ve made thus far, we remain committed to our responsibility to ensure that we’re providing the opportunities to level the playing field and give women the tools and the support they need to drive forward their careers and ultimately, get a seat at the table.”

Suzanne Steele, Managing Director UK & Ireland

To determine the 2022 list, Great Place to Work surveyed over half a million employees on issues including how trustworthy, caring and fair the company is in times of crises; employees’ physical, emotional and financial health; and the company’s broader community impact. Particular attention was paid to how employees’ experiences varied depending on their job role, gender, race/ethnicity, payroll status, and other characteristics to ensure that the company is creating a great workplace for all.
