It also inspires our more than 28,000 employees worldwide to invent the future and change the world for the better.

Today, we released Adobe’s 2022 Corporate Social Responsibility Report, highlighting how we’ve driven impact. Core to our purpose are three areas we believe we are uniquely positioned and motivated to make a difference: Adobe for All, Creativity for All, and Technology to Transform.

We have a steadfast commitment to harnessing the best of Adobe — our people, platform, creativity and innovation — to continue making lasting change inside and outside of our company. In 2022, Adobe donated over $113 million (cash and in-kind) to communities worldwide, along with global employees volunteering over 150,000+ hours, to support 89,000+ organizations. Below are some key accomplishments:

We’ve always believed that people are our greatest asset. Adobe for All encapsulates our commitment to create a workplace where everyone feels included, respected, and can make an impact. In 2022, we made progress across diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) by building a more diverse workforce, fostering an inclusive workplace, and mobilizing our ecosystem of partners to make an impact outside the company.

We are committed to leading the way in empowering creators of all ages, backgrounds and skill levels to access the tools, skills and platforms they need to express themselves, reach their full potential and share their unique and diverse perspectives with the world.

Technology to Transform

As one of the world’s most innovative software companies whose products touch billions of people, we take the impact of our technology as seriously as the development of the technology itself. We are committed to designing technology that is ethical, responsible and inclusive. Adobe’s innovations are making a significant impact across AI Ethics, Security, Privacy, Trust and Safety, Accessibility and Sustainability.

We are also committed to sustainability and climate action through our products and operations.

We’re also proud of the awards and recognition Adobe has received — from landing on FORTUNE’s “100 Best Companies to Work For” list for 23 years to being named for the eighth year to CDP’s Climate Change ‘A List’, as well as appearing on Forbes’ list of “America’s Best Employers for Diversity” and Bloomberg’s Gender-Equality Index.
