Commitment to culture and purpose: Adobe named Australia’s best place to work
We are extremely excited to share that the Great Place to Work institute has named Adobe as the
#1 best medium-sized workplace in Australia. This is our 11th year in a row being named on the list and the first time we have achieved the number 1 spot, such a wonderful achievement for our team!
During the employee survey, 94 percent of employees said that Adobe is a Great Place to Work, and 97 percent said they are proud to work here. Our workplace philosophy ensures that employees feel safe and supported, we believe this helps them to be more creative, innovative, and successful. By empowering our employees, we’re creating greater impact in the workplace and our communities.
“The team and I are very proud of our achievement in Great Places to Work 2023. Not only for taking the top spot, but for being recognised in this prestigious list for eleven years in a row. This achievement is testament to our relentless focus on our people as our greatest asset,” said Katrina Troughton, Vice President and Managing Director, Adobe Australia and New Zealand. “We strive to build a culture of diversity and equality because we believe when people feel respected and included, they are more creative, innovative and successful. This has guided our evolution and growth over the past four decades, and continues to inspire our employees to invent the future and change the world for the better.”
Commitment to culture and purpose
The cornerstone of our workplace experience is our commitment to our culture, shaped by a set of core values established when Adobe was founded — and they remain critical to our success today. As we celebrated our 40-year anniversary, we evolved these values to guide us forward and define our future success. These new values are Create the Future, Raise the Bar, Own the Outcome and Be Genuine.
Adobe continues to invest in building a diverse, equitable and inclusive environment for our employees, customers, partners, and the Tech industry. The ‘Adobe For All’ philosophy is embedded in the way we work every day, and our employees agree, with 95 percent saying that people at Adobe are treated fairly regardless of sexual orientation, race, age or gender.
Don’t take our word for it though, our employees are happy to share their thoughts too:
Making it to the number one spot and with eleven years on the list, we are excited to continue building a legacy of being a great place to work. Experience it for yourself and apply today.
