Commitment to our people: Adobe named a Best Workplace in Singapore

We are thrilled to share that Adobe is once again named a Great Place to Work in Singapore. This year, we are ranked #2 in the Singapore Best Workplaces 2023 (Medium) list!

Since participating in this initiative in 2021, Adobe Singapore has been recognized as a Great Place to Work (GPTW) for three years in a row, with a top five ranking in the Best Workplaces in Singapore list. Our mission to drive more creative and innovative work stems from our commitment to creating a safe and supportive workplace where everyone feels valued and included. By empowering our employees, we aim to positively impact the workplace, our communities, and the world.

The foundation of workplace experiences in Adobe is the culture, which is shaped by a set of core values that were established right from the beginning. Creating a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment for our employees, customers, and partners, is a commitment that is embedded in our “Adobe for All” (AFA) philosophy.

Fundamentally, the key to bridging culture and purpose is to start from within - advocate for transparent and two-way communication, care for our people, and create a positive impact on our communities.

Listening to our people

We value feedback from employees to help drive learning processes and productivity. In the spirit of ensuring positive learning and working environments, we reinvented our annual performance reviews and replaced it with Quarterly Adobe Check-Ins for employees to own their growth and development through targeted goal setting processes.

Along with the Adobe Check-In sessions between employees and their managers, an Employee opinion survey is also conducted, for employees to share feedback on key areas of the business. A dedicated team analyzes the data after the survey is complete, and the results are published on the internal intranet and teams work on action plans to act upon employee feedback. Through these initiatives, we have been able to create a workplace where everyone feels valued and supported, and where every employee can grow and develop.

Safe spaces for modern women in the workplace

Employee Networks play a vital role in strengthening the Adobe community. One such network is “Women at Adobe”, which allows colleagues to share experiences and valuable perspectives, encouraging dialogue to attract, develop, and engage our community of women at Adobe.

Numerous initiatives surrounding topics like navigating career paths, building a personal brand, and managing work-life balance, are held on a regular basis to advocate for women in tech.

Our commitment in supporting women in the workplace is evident in its success in attracting and retaining female employees. Today, 47.5% of managers and 40% of directors in Adobe Singapore are female.
