Creating video content just got easier with latest Adobe and TikTok integration to bring TikTok’s Commercial Music Library into Adobe Express
We recently launched a first-of-its-kind integration with TikTok’s Symphony Assistant — an AI-powered virtual assistant that can intelligently collaborate with you on your brand’s organic and paid creative content and supercharge success throughout the creative journey on TikTok. And today, we’re excited to announce that the collaboration with TikTok just got even better, with over one million global songs and sounds pre-cleared for commercial use by TikTok from TikTok’s Commercial Music Library (CML) exclusively available to use within Adobe Express via the Symphony Assistant add-on.
With TikTok’s Commercial Music Library now accessible from within Adobe Express, marketers and advertisers can quickly create, score and publish on-trend TikTok-first content at the speed of social, and all within one platform.
Previously only available on TikTok, the TikTok Commercial Music Library enables Adobe Express users to soundtrack their TikTok videos with tracks from emerging and established artists and viral sounds. Now together, Adobe and TikTok offer even more easy-to-use creative solutions that support the entire TikTok creation journey from ideation to launch.
Unlocking the power of music and sound
Music is essential to a brand’s success on TikTok — with 88 percent of TikTok users saying sound is essential to the TikTok user experience, 68 percent saying they remember the brand better if they post a TikTok featuring a song they like and 62 percent saying they’re more curious to learn about the brand that uses music.
Through the existing Symphony Assistant add-on in Adobe Express, users can now quickly tap into TikTok’s Commercial Music Library and access over a million songs and sounds spanning styles, genres and regions, from emerging and established artists that TikTok has already cleared for commercial use — reducing the time, investment and pain of licensing music. According to TikTok, with access to solutions like the CML, millions of businesses of all sizes can tap into the impact of music and sound on TikTok with songs from the TikTok Commercial Music Library being used in nearly 2 billion videos and viewed approximately 5 trillion times in the last 12 months.

On Adobe Express users will be able to access innovative solutions and viral sound clips to make their TikTok video creation process easier, efficient and effective:
- Add music and sounds pre-cleared by TikTok in Adobe Express: Spanning all styles, genres and regions, the CML takes the time, investment and pain out of licensing music and gives businesses and creators access to trending music and viral sound clips.
- Support throughout the content creation process: Users can search and apply music and sounds, pre-cleared by TikTok, to TikTok videos and use Symphony Assistant to generate creative ideas and refine TikTok-first video content and best practices and trends, hashtags and insights, even generate TikTok scripts. Then leverage Adobe Express for creative templates, Adobe Stock videos and audio, images and editing tools, elements and overlays.
- Access TikTok best practices: If your brand is looking to level up on TikTok, the Symphony Assistant add-on can guide you on creative best practices and top tips for success on the platform. You can discover and identify the top trending sounds and creative trends in your region, sector or market.
