Mark Lipscomb

Mark Lipscomb is currently serving as Vice President, Global Talent and Employee Experience for Adobe, where he is responsible for driving Adobe’s efforts to attract, hire, develop, and engage exceptional people globally to fuel Adobe’s growth. Mark has held human leadership roles at some of the world’s most admired and innovative companies including 23andMe, Netflix, Tesla, and Stryker. Before his time in business, Mark served as an officer in the United States Navy. Mark received the Commendation Medal for his leadership of operations in the Middle East. Mark was also Head Coach for the Stanford University Men’s Lacrosse Team where he coached for several years. Mark is currently a Guest Lecturer on culture and leadership at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Mark resides in San Jose, CA with his wife, Jennifer, and three children, Claire, Emily, and Matthew.
