Introducing Public Beta

An opportunity to engage directly in the development process for the Adobe video and audio applications.

First launched in March this year, the Adobe Creative Cloud public Beta provides an opportunity for interested users to test new fixes and features before they are released and share their feedback with the Adobe product teams. The program includes Beta builds of Premiere Pro, Premiere Rush, After Effects, Audition, Character Animator, and Media Encoder.

Beta builds are available from the “Beta apps” tab in the Creative Cloud Desktop app. Beta builds install separately and have their own user preferences. You can run them side by side with your release versions. New Beta builds are released frequently, sometimes even daily, but you can install them when you choose — once, regularly, or never.

Public Beta is an important part of our commitment to deliver world-class applications that run across a wide range of system configurations. Whether you choose to participate or not, all users benefit from an expanded test base and user feedback during product development.
