Adobe Summit Sneaks showcase how AI agents can reshape marketing workflows

What if your data analysis could not just tell you whether a campaign is struggling, but why, looking at factors like weather and economic conditions? What if, when you finished a complicated data analysis, the slides to present that analysis literally made themselves? What if you could change the platform your site uses — and even redesign its pages — with just a few clicks?

At Adobe Summit 2025, the flagship digital experience conference, the popular Sneaks session provided a glimpse into a future in which AI agents, marketing and creativity technology come together to help businesses orchestrate impactful customer experiences quickly and easily. With teams operating in an environment in which the bar for personalization and digital content production keeps rising, Sneaks presenters — Adobe scientists, engineers, product managers and designers — presented a vision for ways AI can unlock capacity, boost efficiency and help teams capture the massive opportunity of personalization at scale. Many Sneaks eventually become shipping Adobe products and features.

The Sneaks this year showcase how data innovations and AI agents can assist with marketing workflows across campaign launches and content production. These forward-looking projects provide a view into additional use cases that fit into the broader suite of agentic AI capabilities Adobe announced this week. Built on Adobe Experience Platform, purpose-built, out-of-the-box AI agents can be leveraged by marketers to optimize websites, handle repetitive content production tasks and refine target audiences — or to interact directly with customers via a concierge experience.

Adobe’s latest innovations drive Customer Experience Orchestration (CXO) in the era of AI. As the evolution of Customer Experience Management, CXO fulfills the promise of personalization at scale by combining the creation and development of seamless and connected customer experiences across all touchpoints, leveraging advancements in generative and agentic AI.

Here are this year’s Sneaks:

Project Perfect Context

We all know that you can have a great campaign encouraging travel to New Orleans, but if the meteorologists are warning about a possible hurricane, few people will come. Of course, the external factors that affect your campaigns aren’t always as obvious as a hurricane and that’s why brands often have blind spots when it comes to factors in the macroenvironment. Project Perfect Context can help teams better understand their customers through deep data analysis, powered by an AI agent. It pulls external insights — like economic data, cost of goods sold, major announcements and more — directly into Adobe Customer Journey Analytics in Adobe Experience Platform and merges it with first-party behavioral data. Analysts can then use a conversational AI agent to analyze and explain the combined data sets, providing new insights on the broader context that impacts customer behavior. With these insights, a brand can be more informed when building customer experiences that are relevant and compelling.

Project Slide Wow

Pulling together a comprehensive data analysis can be challenging enough. But creating a visual presentation that makes that data clear and helps leaders make decisions can sometimes take as much or more time. Project Slide Wow can assist by transforming data in Adobe Customer Journey Analytics automatically into a digestible visual format — and streamlining the work that goes into data storytelling. Practitioners can easily export the data to create a Microsoft PowerPoint presentation, with both data visualizations and speaker notes. If those practitioners needed more information covered in the presentation, they can just ask Project Slide Wow a few questions and it would deliver additional slides on the fly.

Project Vision Cast

Bringing new products or campaigns to market requires deep collaboration between marketers and creatives, and it is important for teams to be aligned during the ideation stages to avoid delays. Project Vision Cast can combine the power of data insights with brand imagery to create rough interpretations of new products via generative AI — and support tighter cross-team collaboration. The images (along with supporting data on past content performance) are sent to Adobe’s Project Concept, an AI-first application to foster the creative brainstorming process. It can provide early visualizations (backed by insights on what performs) to help creative and marketing teams execute engaging campaigns that achieve business goals.

Project Site Leap

For brands, changing content management systems or redesigning a site can mean costly and extended disruptions to the everyday work of marketers — ultimately impacting the customer experience across their digital channels. Project Site Leap can simplify the process. It uses an AI agent that analyzes images, then connects with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to update content automatically. In seconds, the agent can analyze existing brand webpages, import content into AEM and even restyle pages to align with new design mocks. This ensures that if a brand has to change their technology systems or look and feel, teams have uninterrupted access to the channels that drive customer engagement.

Project Get Savvy

For many brands, creating marketing campaigns from ideation to deployment can be a complex and time-consuming process. Project Get Savvy can streamline the early stages of this process through AI agents, helping any marketer quickly develop a campaign plan. Marketers can interact with multiple AI agents in real-time to generate compelling content and visuals, determine the best channels to reach target audiences, and then create personas of the target audience for feedback. These AI agents can support campaign planning from end to end, enabling teams to move faster.

Project Frame Sense

There’s nothing quite like arriving at a hotel and being greeted by someone who really knows you — what you like to do, what you love to eat. But it can be challenging and time-consuming for brands to deliver tailored experiences at scale. With Project Frame Sense, teams can leverage real-time customer insights from Adobe Experience Platform and connect it to video content. This allows teams to create uniquely personalized videos — that speak to individual preferences and drive travel inspiration — with generative AI-powered digital avatars that add another compelling element.

Project Panorama

Driving mobile performance hinges on a deep understanding of user engagement, but it can be challenging for marketers to grasp all the components (messages, offers, screens) that shape the customer experience. This inhibits the ability of teams to make impactful changes. Project Panorama can provide a new way of understanding the user experience via Adobe Journey Optimizer, creating a visual map of a mobile app journey (that also updates in real-time). It can outline each page of the customer experience, tracking performance metrics and user behavior. Marketers can leverage these insights to better orchestrate new messaging and offers straight to the mobile app from Project Panorama — without any coding required — and elevate the user experience.
