Meet Adobe’s new CIO, Lucius DiPhillips

Today, Lucius DiPhillips joins Adobe as our new Chief Information Officer (CIO). In this role, Lucius will lead Adobe’s global Technology Services team, helping advance the company’s digital transformation and strengthen its technology foundation as Adobe scales AI-driven innovation to empower creativity and deliver exceptional experiences for employees and customers.

DiPhillips has more than 25 years of experience leading large-scale digital transformation across global organizations, with a focus on driving AI innovation and delivering measurable gains in efficiency and employee experience. Most recently, he served as CIO at Airbnb, where he led a global technology organization that modernized core business platforms, advanced AI-driven capabilities and improved productivity and cost efficiency.

Before Airbnb, DiPhillips held senior leadership roles at eBay, PayPal, Bank of America, and GE. Throughout his career, he has partnered with product, finance, and business leaders to deliver multi-million-dollar infrastructure savings, workforce efficiency gains, and cutting-edge platform innovations across complex, highly regulated environments.
