Introducing the Adobe Creative Collective: Shaping the next era of creative work together
The creative world is evolving quickly and creatives are exploring new ways to work, by blending disciplines, expanding what’s possible, and engaging in deeper conversations about how technology is changing the industry. As the landscape shifts, so does the need for guidance, experimentation, and shared learning.
To help elevate perspectives shaping what comes next, we’re thrilled to introduce the Adobe Creative Collective, a group of exceptional creative leaders whose work reflects the innovation, diversity, and imagination driving the future of creativity. The Creative Collective will bring forward diverse perspectives, share real-world experiences, and elevate stories that span everything from inspiration and experimentation to practical tips for navigating new tools and building sustainable careers.
Founding members of the Adobe Creative Collective
Collective members span design, photography, filmmaking, illustration, emerging technology, education, and creative culture. Each member brings deep expertise and a clear point of view on where creativity is headed, how creativity and AI intersect, what that means for the future of creative work, and the skills, mindsets and workflows creatives can build now to prepare, evolve their craft, and lead what comes next.

For Baum, this is an opportunity to “share insights, collaborate with other leaders and help champion new ideas within the community,” The formation of the Collective helps reinforce Adobe’s commitment to supporting creatives with both inspiration and the practical tools to thrive, Baum said.
What’s next
In the months ahead, the Adobe Creative Collective will share insights on where creativity is opening new opportunities, how disciplines are evolving, and what skills will define the next era of creative work across the following engagements:
- Adobe 99U Conference: To amplify the conversations within the Adobe Creative Collective, the Adobe 99U Conference will return this summer for a one-day live experience on June 4 in New York City. 99U will again focus on the conference’s founding mission: Empowering attendees to make their creative ideas happen. We’ll invite creative professionals to gather and engage in thought-provoking dialogue about how AI is reshaping our creative practices, our businesses, and our ways of working as we hear from the Creative Collective; as well as other luminaries across creative industries. Registration will open in February.
- Creative Collective Summit Highlights: We’ll share digests of the most important themes, questions, and emerging opportunities discussed in biannual Creative Collective Summits, to spark informed community dialogue and help creatives learn from one another.
- Practical Community Resources: Drawing from Creative Collective insights and recommendations, we’ll share playbooks and reports that dive into what’s working right now (and what isn’t) across creative disciplines, so creatives can grow their craft and careers.
Commitment to the creative community
This new program is one of many ways we are investing in the creative community, including through programs that help creatives learn, connect, and build lasting careers. With programs like Adobe Creative Apprenticeship, Adobe Digital Academy, and CreativeMornings partnerships, in addition to Create Now events and product feedback opportunities, we’ll keep showing up with the tools, resources, and support creatives need to grow, thrive, and shape the future of creative work.
We’re grateful to the creative leaders joining us and to the global creative community that motivates everything we do. This is just the beginning, and we can’t wait to explore what comes next together.
