Chris is a passionate proponent of customer success, and leads Adobe’s Digital Media global Customer Experience organization with a singular focus on accelerating customer value. With 20+ years of experience in senior executive and leadership roles, Chris has led the creation of measurable customer insight strategies to identify new business markets and opportunities, inspired new product and service development, and built new revenue streams that fuel growth. These innovative customer engagement strategies have enabled effective end-to-end customer relationships, and contributed to industry-leading customer retention. Adobe’s Customer Experience team is comprised of a connected ecosystem of Customer Experience professionals, global customer care centers and service delivery hubs; and is accountable for the design and delivery of engaging customer experiences across all of Adobe’s lines of business and segments. Combining customer strategy, with Voice of the Customer insights and a strong focus on service & support operations globally, Chris’ team works to continually improve the product, service, and support experiences for Adobe creative and Acrobat products in collaboration with business, product, and engineering leaders across Adobe.
