Jillian Forusz is Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer & Corporate Controller at Adobe, leading global finance operations and critical business processes that support Adobe’s growth, financial integrity, and operational excellence. She also leads Adobe’s Finance and Technology Transformation Office, driving enterprise modernization, strategic M&A integrations across Finance and IT, and initiatives that help Adobe operate and scale more effectively.
Jillian brings more than 20 years of finance and leadership experience across Adobe, The Walt Disney Company, The Ritz-Carlton, and Deloitte. Throughout her career, she has focused on connecting strategy with execution, building high-performing teams, and leading organizations through growth and transformation.
Jillian earned her bachelor’s degree in business from Pennsylvania State University, studied accounting at the University of Hawaii and earned CPA and Certified Equity Professional credentials (inactive). She is passionate about mentorship, inclusion, and advancing women in leadership. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with her family.
