Inspirational Keynote: A stage set to inspire
You won’t want to miss The Inspirational Keynote: Passion, Permission, and the Art of Creativity This session is lined up with star studded speakers bringing different specialties to the stage.
First off is award-winning documentarian Louis Theroux. Theroux is a genre-defining documentary presenter, best known for producing immersive documentaries that explore the controversial and complex aspects of the human condition. Louis has kept true to a way of working that is uniquely his own: by charming his subjects, he offers rounded portraits of the people involved in complex social issues and human dilemmas, while always resisting easy judgements.
Alongside Louis is renowned filmmaker, Margot Bowman. Bowman uses the medium of film in all its forms, as a creative vehicle for telling powerful human stories, centered on emotional truths. Her diverse background creates work that is contemporary, informative and delivered to audiences in a rich visual world that resonates in pop culture and beyond.
Finally, multi-disciplinary artist and designer Yinka Ilori joins this powerful group. Ilori draws on his British Nigerian heritage to convey new narratives through contemporary design. His projects demonstrate how design can bring together communities and have a positive impact on society, evoking a sense of joy and optimism. Often using the city as his canvas, he reimagines spaces to encourage a sense of community and invites audiences to engage and participate in his work and its surroundings.
All our Inspirational Keynote speakers demonstrate a clear passion for their craft and a unique approach that has elevated them to the top of their field. Join us to hear about their key motivations, the risks they took to develop their creative superpowers, and the lessons they've learned chasing their dreams.
