Louise Pentland joined Adobe in 2025 and serves as Chief Legal Officer and EVP, leading the company’s Legal & Government Relations organization. She oversees global legal and policy matters, helping to build trust and integrity across the business, as well as advising on strategic transactions such as acquisitions and partnerships.
Prior to joining Adobe, Louise was Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Roku, leading regulatory, compliance, and corporate governance. She previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Counsel for Disney Experiences and Products, Executive Vice President, Chief Business Affairs and Legal Officer for PayPal and Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer at Nokia.
Louise holds an LLB from Northumbria University in Newcastle-upon-Tyne, England. She is a licensed attorney in New York and a licensed solicitor in England and Wales.
