Ryan Reynolds, Kristen Bell, and more join the Adobe Summit lineup
Adobe Summit 2022 will feature some of the world’s most influential business leaders, innovators, and changemakers. Here are some of the heavy hitters you can expect to see on this year’s virtual stage.
Opening keynote: Make the digital economy personal
Shantanu Narayen and Anil Chakravarthy
As in previous years, Shantanu Narayen — chairman, president, and CEO of Adobe — and Anil Chakravarthy, president of Adobe’s Digital Experience Business, will kick off the three-day global virtual conference. During their remarks, each will share a look back at where we have been and a preview of what comes next, with an eye on how customer experiences are the currency of our digital economy.
Gail McGovern, American Red Cross
Following the first customer spotlight, American Red Cross president and CEO Gail McGovern will join the conversation. Since joining the American Red Cross in 2008, McGovern has transformed the organization, modernizing projects and harnessing the power of social media and mobile technologies. At the same time, she has guided this lifesaving organization through some of the most high-profile disasters in history — including a global pandemic.
Ryan Reynolds, actor, producer, screenwriter, and entrepreneur
After McGovern’s closing remarks, Ryan Reynolds will take the stage. A renowned performer and writer, Reynolds has more recently shifted his attention to building his company Maximum Effort — and creating buzzworthy campaigns for Aviation Gin and Mint Mobile.
Lorenzo Bertelli, Prada Group
Former race car driver Lorenzo Bertelli will follow Reynolds and will be sharing an update from the Prada Group. Since joining the organization as group marketing director and head of corporate social responsibility in 2017, Bertelli has pushed to align Prada’s business with its renowned global brand, creating stronger direct-to-customer connections and dynamic experiences. During the Summit keynote, he will spotlight the work Prada and Miu Miu are doing with Adobe Experience Cloud right now, and he will talk about what comes next for his organization.
John Donahoe, Nike, Inc.
Since joining Nike in 2014 — first as a board member and now as president and CEO — John Donahoe has expanded Nike’s global business portfolio. Over the last two years, he has led many large-scale organizational shifts, including the move toward digital-first customer experiences. With Nike now well-positioned for meteoric growth, Donahoe will sit down for a CEO one-on-one with Narayen.
Rosalind Brewer, Walgreens Boots Alliance, Inc.
Rosalind Brewer, CEO of Walgreens Boots Alliance, Inc., joined the organization in the midst of a global pandemic. A powerhouse leader, Brewer has already pushed significant innovation within the organization, with an eye on the future of consumer health and well-being.
Sneaks: Kristen Bell, actress, philanthropist, and producer
This year, Kristen Bell hosts the always-popular Sneaks session, which features some of the latest developments emerging from the Adobe labs. During this hour-long preview, she will go one-on-one with some of the innovators who are creating new technologies and solutions — some of which you may see in future Adobe products. As host, Bell will ask questions, test-drive experiences, and give audiences a true behind-the-scenes look at the future of work.
