RADWIMPS|Adobe Photoshop 『RADWIMPS - DAI-DAN-EN feat. ZORN』Lyric Art Project
The globally-popular rock group, RADWIMPS, and Adobe Photoshop have teamed up in a joint campaign which will kick off on July 14(fri).
The campaign invites users to create a visual artwork inspired by the lyrics of the band's new song "DAI-DAN-EN feat. ZORN," using Adobe Photoshop, and post it on Twitter.
The selected works which were posted during the campaign period will be edited together for a special lyric video which will be released on the official RADWIMPS account. We invite you to this is unique lyric art project that joins the talents of the artist, the fans, and the creators.
You can participate by using the free trial version of Adobe Photoshop. Entry kits and tutorial videos are available for those who will be using Adobe Photoshop for the first time. Feel the music and the lyrics and let your creativity flow and enter.
Terms of Use:
By posting your work as described above, you, the Entrants, are deemed to have accepted the Terms of Use in its entirety.
When creating your work, please do not use images, illustrations, or other materials that infringe on the rights of a third party. Entries that are offensive to public order and moral, defamatory, libelous, or invasive of the privacy of a third party, or that violates laws and regulations or are connected with criminal activities will not be accepted.
Entries must not contain content that promotes prejudice, racism, hatred, or harm against any specific group or individual, or content that promotes discrimination or illegal activities based on race, gender, faith, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age.
Photographs of RADWIMPS members or live performances may not be used.
Usage of a photographed version of a material where the copyright belongs to a third party without permission is prohibited. The copyright of all materials used in the lyric artwork must belong to the Entrant/producer.
Any person or brand that can be identified cannot be included in the lyric artwork. Please be mindful of the portrait rights and privacy of any and all structures including billboards with logos, neon signs, etc.
In case of any incident between the Entrant and a third party in relation to the submitted work, the Entrant takes full responsibility to resolve the incident and fully indemnifies the campaign office and Adobe Inc. from said incident.
The condition of entry is that the Entrant resides in Japan and there are no restrictions in terms of amateur/professional status, nationality, gender, nor age. However, those under the age of 18 must obtain consent of a parent or guardian before submitting their work.
Please note that submissions that are private, do not have the specified hashtag, or have no photo will be disqualified from the selection.
Some of the selected entries will be featured on the Adobe Blog and posted as a lyric video on the official RADWIMPS YouTube channel and SNS accounts.
The copyrights and usage rights of the submitted works shall belong to voque ting co., ltd.
The Entrant is aware that the Entrant's name (handle, etc.) may be displayed on the Adobe blog or for PR purposes.
The submitted work may be partially altered for visual expression when it is used in the lyric video.
Please note that the submitted work may be trimmed or submitted comment excerpted when introducing the work.
The campaign office may contact the Entrant by e-mail when your submitted work is to be used in the lyric video.
The lyric artwork must be created using Adobe Photoshop or its free trial versions while Photoshop Express and Photoshop Elements will not be accepted. No purchase or payment of Adobe product is required to enter. The desktop trial version will be free of charge for a set period of time.
Adobe is not responsible for the cost of any software or materials used to create the submitted work.
Submitted work can be created using generative AI but will not be selected for the lyric video(The same applies to all generative AI use).
Adobe Stock is the only stock photo service accepted in a valid work submitted under this campaign. If the work is to be used in the lyric video, we may ask you about the stock photo used.
Entry Kit and the Material provided(background, lyrics) cannot be used outside of this project.
