Be part of the evolution of generative AI with the Firefly community tab

Community is vital in supporting new design movements, especially when the technology behind it is as new and game-changing as generative AI. One of our goals is to bring the worldwide creative community together, and with Adobe Firefly — Adobe's family of creative generative AI models designed for safe commercial use — the community is learning and growing together in real time.

Firefly was designed to empower users to bring creative visions to life, and we consider our creative community part of our development team. With this in mind, we have launched the Firefly community tab to help you connect with one another, showcase what you’re making, and expand your skills. It enables creators like you to learn from, get inspired, and remix the work of others — sparking new and innovative ideas you may have never imagined.

Build, share, and learn with the Firefly community

The new Firefly community tab is an amazing source of inspiration. The gallery features standout user images, curated social media videos, and Adobe Live videos, so you can easily see what others are creating with Firefly and stay up to date on the latest Firefly developments.

You can also easily share your work and unique point of view with the world to raise your profile as a creator. For just two examples, check out how Jayson Robertson and Radoslav Bali (AKA Rad) have used Firefly and benefited from the Firefly community.

Get inspired, remix images, and/or submit your own

Browse through the creations to explore how generative AI is being used, use them as a starting point to remix your own images, and find inspiration for your creative projects.

Simply hover over an image thumbnail to view the creator’s name and the prompt used to generate the image. Select the Like icon to show your appreciation for the image, and/or select View to open and remix the image in the Firefly editor.

The gallery also features short tutorial videos from the community curated by Adobe. Again, just hover over a thumbnail to view the creator's username and the video caption, play the video, or report it.

Finally, the gallery also shows Adobe Live videos when a live stream is in session. Just hover over an Adobe Live video to access the video controls and the option to view it on the YouTube channel.

Note: The Firefly Community gallery is currently only available in English, and only individual users can submit their work to the gallery using the Text to Image feature in the Firefly web app.

Firefly’s commitment to the creative community

A technology as powerful as AI requires a thoughtful and responsible approach. That’s why Adobe is committed to ensuring the safety, security and trust of AI systems.

For example, through our collaborative work across the Content Authenticity Initiative, the adoption of Content Credentials (free open-source technology that serves as a “nutrition label” for digital content to indicate the use of generative AI and ensure content and data transparency) has accelerated at an unprecedented rate. We’re also expanding their reach to new surfaces by automatically embedding them into all Firefly-generated outputs created in Apple Vision Pro.

To ensure our models don’t perpetuate harm and bias, we are also constantly and rigorously testing our models. It’s an ongoing process, and we wouldn’t be able to do it without the input of the worldwide creative community.

To rate and help us train our models, click on the beaker in the upper right of the Firefly web app, select Rate Firefly images, and from the two images you’re being shown, simply choose the one you like best. (Please note this feature is currently only available if you're an Adobe Creative Cloud Individual customer.)
